All of our ticketing is handled by Ticketmaster. Contact them on 0800 111 999 if you have any queries relating to tickets.

We strongly advise you don't buy tickets through unofficial sites such as Viagogo or Trade Me. The bar code on such tickets has often been duplicated many times by unscrupulous vendors, and it will not work when scanned electronically at our doors. At almost every show, we encounter disappointed people who have bought such tickets in good faith, only to find that they have been scammed. Please don't be fooled; buy only through Ticketmaster!

All babies and children need a ticket to attend arena shows unless otherwise stated in the event information page. This ticket policy may vary, particularly for family and community events, so please check the event information page in advance of purchasing tickets.

SafeTix

You may have a Safetix ticket from Ticketmaster - a encrypted mobile ticket built with leading-edge technology. This means that your ticket barcode is dynamic and will change every 30 seconds - increasing the security of your ticket. This means you can only scan your ticket from your mobile, and a screenshot or print out your ticket will not work on our systems.
